In 1938 a licensed Surveyor broke up the Two Large Ranches of DiAgistino and Bruschi

In 1959, a Problem was noted by the sharp County and Private surveyor that the NCCASDA had purchased everything, but had already conveyed interest to Edna Brasher. He Prepared Deeds to "Except the parcel which was intended to be conveyed to Edna Brasher, as the tie to the Brasher parcel was vague, He deemed the parcel to be "floating" and he made refernce to the deed rather than to to put pins around her lot, This is shown "X" and in two other spots on the map.







These documents are referred to on Deeds when they broke up the area into four smaller lots of 10-14 acres each that surround the Brasher Property.

"EXCEPTING THEREFROM, all that portion thereof described in deed from W. S. Reese, et al, to Edna Brasher, dated October 24, 1958, recorded in the office of the Recorder of Amador County on February 5, 1959 in Book 81 of Official Records at page 83; according to survey description made by L.L. McMinn, L.S. no 2902; Reference W. O 5902-5, February 20, 1959"
