This shows the Balcom/Brasher Property how it goes to the Center of the Road now. These Two propertys are owned by me. Top Picture Bottom Picture is showing where the Survey Pins were placed in 2001 to match Mr. H's Stakes he pounded in. Notice where the Road is at and the Survey Pins. These pins are between the Trees and the House, creating the Brasher property to be Landlocked, and now buildings to seem to encroach. Notice that the Road perhaps has moved at least one lane away from the house. But the Pins are inside the tree line, and the 200ft property has lost property. These Pin locations Do Not Match my Deed Description. When measuring their location, they do not match the Surveyors Record either. Bottom Picture.

The Subdivision Starts. More Deeds start to show up with Angle Measurements being referenced from a 14" Oak Tree, instead of a Live Oak Tree to the North. This puts the Brasher property +- 1,000 feet from the 1959 Survey Map The 14.3 Acres is again subdivided into 3 Acre parcels in the early 1960's that goes around the Brasher Parcel according to the Survey Map and Work order done by the County Surveyor
