These Deeds are Public Record. A Drawing Program was used to convert each line into the angles and distances, which shows where the property may be located. But the LIVE OAK TREE is actually at the North corner of the large property, not way up higher where shown, This would create Brasher to be in seperate locations according to Deeds. Aproxamate actual location is shown in Red.




Brasher Property Deed States the Distance from the Live Oak Tree at Right Angles from the East Line of the Road. It also referenced the Trees.

This is the property before the subdivisions took place of 10-14 Acres Each. The above picture is the acreage sold, Except for the Brasher Property. The 12" & 14" Oak Trees are referenced in future Deeds when the property and Road became wider and paved

The Subdivision Starts. More Deeds start to show up with Angle Measurements being referenced from a 14" Oak Tree, instead of a Live Oak Tree to the North. This puts the Brasher property +- 1,000 feet from the 1959 Survey Map The 14.3 Acres is again subdivided into 3 Acre parcels in the early 1960's that goes around the Brasher Parcel according to the Survey Map and Work order done by the County Surveyor
