PROPERTY LAWSUIT
this is a close up of my driveway, and bright Orange florescent stripes Mr. H hand painted when we left the cabin for 15 minutes. This Orange Paint was striped throughout the property after Mr. H pounded some wooden stakes in. This truck has used this driveway since 1989, and the driveway was in place perhaps 40 years before that.
These are Trees Mr. H wanted to remove by bedroom window in front and down the Right side of the cabin. Yes they are that close to our Cabin. No Trespassing sign put up at the sheriffs request. Our Deed states we own to the East Line of the Road in front, and to a metal stake always found 150+ft behind the cabin. You can see that He is trying to land lock us. The Bright Orange Stakes were pounded in by Mr. H, and keep getting the same Florescent Orange Paint to them when ever we leave.
The Cabin dates to the early 1900's. The Deed describes the property, and even on Mr. H's Deed, it states that his property excludes any of my property. This is also stated on the other neighbors Deeds, as this is one of the original cabins in the area.

The Subdivision Starts. More Deeds start to show up with Angle Measurements being referenced from a 14" Oak Tree, instead of a Live Oak Tree to the North. This puts the Brasher property +- 1,000 feet from the 1959 Survey Map The 14.3 Acres is again subdivided into 3 Acre parcels in the early 1960's that goes around the Brasher Parcel according to the Survey Map and Work order done by the County Surveyor
