These Deeds are Public Record. A Drawing Program was used to convert each line into the angles and distances, which shows where the property actually sits. The Deeds are shown that measurements came from

These measurements come off of my Deed, and Neighbors Deeds.

Notice the Following:

  • Ragsdale did a property line adjustment in 2001. Toma & Anderson measured from the East Boundry out West towards the Road, creating some errors. 409ft became 416ft. 532 ft became 540ft, His shows 616.39ft from road, but Hancocks Deed overlaps into mine being 466ft,
  • Masons Property was a square, but overlapped into Demuseys (trying to get it 50ft away from my property) His 208.71 Ft on all sides changed to 210.35ft, 209.22ft, 184.39ft + 25ft, 209.22ft, and now is squared off into Demusey Land.

The Survey Pin shows to be 25ft from the road. this Actually only 11ft

  • Demusey Property became overlapped by Hanocks. 380ft beame 351.92ft, 138ft beame 140.15ft, but lost 20+ft between my property and his. Note that in 2001 Demusey was made to move his leach field from being to close on the South End of his property.
  • My Property Lost. McMinns Survey Pin is 22ft to East Line, Toma shows it to be 34.68ft, and now only 165.32ft Deep, instead of 200ft. (causing it to be only 12.36ft deeper than the 150ft lot) the 27.95ft in front by the road can not be correct either.

The other pins Toma put in have the Oak trees between them and the road, and still 30ft to the East Line of the Road. Remember that Balcom purchased both lots I own now, and added that last sentence to make sure he was not to be landlocked.

The side non-exclusive easement road should be 30ft away from my property. It kisses up against the back pin that has always been found on my property.

Hancock Property is overlapping my property in the Front between the road and the house, down the Side, from the trees to the house, and trees to the shed, and along the Back portion.

  • Another Survey Company would only put New Pins in, that would not match Tomas Pins due to the overlapping of Hancocks Deed.
