You are being Sued
This is our Holiday present from our neighbor
YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO RESPOND, or you loose by default.
My Neighbor is trying to obtain my property by any means, and now a lawsuit to obtain my property.
Some think that this has been a feud going on for years between us, but I will differ, as I only met Mr “H” this last April when he came down and told me he was going to shoot off his Guns. Their Property is 3 acres away, down this Non-Exclusive easement road, that they share with a few other neighbors that live behind their property. But back to the Lawsuit they filed against me.
It was Memorial Weekend of 2006 when the neighbor, Mr H. came down tearing up trees with his backhoe. The Red cone in the picture is where some trees used to be. He had been running his backhoe for weeks. It was this weekend when he came up to the front of the Cabin, and stated that he was going to tear out the trees in the front, down the side, Remove all the culvert Pipes, Water Mains, and put a Parking Space two feet in front of my bedroom window, and move Mailboxes where the trees were.
I told him in a nice manner that I believed that this was my property, as shown in the above picture, and questioned if he could do grading work two feet from my house, tear up Trees, the County Culvert Pipe that channels water from across the street, and around my cabin, and that all the Water Mains go down the side where the yellow tape is shown. So I called the County Public Works to ask about Mr. H's actions, as all he was doing was yelling at me telling me he was going to do all of this. He left and called the sheriffs for me calling the county on him. The County states thats he does not have any permits, and will come out to inspect.
The story gets even better, as when we leave for 15 minutes, Mr H and his wife comes out and Spray Paints Bright Orange Stripes where they are going to grade and remove trees. (see next page of pictures) They state that my truck is parked in the middle of their driveway, and calls the sheriff on me to Move the Truck. (the sheriff tells me that looks like it is on my property, in my driveway and to leave it there.)
Continual harassment has been going on since, which includes them running over flowers, plants, trees, shooting guns off towards my cabin, Revving up their engine at 4am in front of the bedroom window, defaming my name, trespassing, vandalism, filing this frivolous lawsuit to try and get me to move or give up my property, ripping down No Trespassing signs, Emitting Loud Noises from their property, as attorney fees to answer their lawsuit does not come cheap.
Almost a Year has gone by with this harrassment going on daily now. Memorial Day 2007 will be the year mark of when Mr H was tearing up trees with his backhoe. We have added alot more pictures, Maps to help you understand that this property was here along time before the subdivision happened.
